Need help. I have to have a csection. Cuz I have vasa previa at 34 weeks what are csections like tell me your stories. I wanna be prepared. How long did it take to recover, what struggles, did you need thing to help heal, when we’re u able to have sex again( on pelvic rest and horniest I’ve ever been in my life so on my mind). Tell me the good bass and ugly about your csections and please show me pictures of scares and how long it’s been

I’d show you my scar but it’s very far down lol plus it healed so well you can’t really see it
I’ve had 3 c sections I have a problem the spinal epidural so I always throw up during my c sections but other then that it happens really fast the baby is out in like 5 minutes and then they put everything back and you go to recovery for a few hours
Make sure your up and moving as soon as you can the more you move the faster you’ll heal sitting to long will put you in a lot of pain. Just don’t over do it take your pain killers even if your not in pain I was probably in pain for a week and fully healed and back to normal in a month and had sex probably 6 weeks after my c sections
I did get swollen with both n hurt to get off bed the first time to walk. But after 4/5 days I was better
My first csection was a breeze n u couldn’t tell the scar was really neat . We had sex same week 🙈 I know we wrong for that but my second was a bit painful n scar was really visible I think the more csections u get the more u feel
By the way I didn’t resume sex until like... 12 weeks lol. I was too exhausted. Tired. And honestly wasn’t in the mood. And hubby completely understood :)

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. According to my nurses I handled my section EXTREMELY well. I refused all pain meds and they had to convince me to even take ibuprofen. My family has a history of drug use so I'm terrified about it. The main problems I had was getting up and down, I slept in a recliner at home for like 3 weeks to make it easier to get up/down. Don't let your feet hang down for long periods, make sure to elevate them or your feet will swell so big you can't fit them in any shoes 🙄 trust me. I know. I didn't swell in my hands or anything though and my scar is almost gone (done december 1, 2015). I had an epidural since I went in for induction so I'm not sure about spinals. Don't be afraid to ask for help, and if you need it make sure you take whatever pain meds they give you. The first time getting out of bed is hell though, so be warned.
