Okay moms I have a doctors appointment set for next week but I’m asking has anyone had a uti that gave you false positives? I’ve taken test every day this week started with faint positives and have gotten darker these are the ones I just took .I’m curious if it could be my uti doing this or if I am actually pregnant ? Anyone else experience this? Help!(:

Hey moms, I know I haven’t been on here in a while but I have a few questions that my OB didn’t answer when I went today. So I’m 36 weeks & 4 days pregnant and at the visit he said baby is measuring 40 weeks. Has this ever happened to anyone? Did you have your baby early? Also he said I’m strep b positive, what does that mean? Is my baby going to be okay? I appreciate all responses
on the 6th October I did 2 test with 2 lines , 3rd test was clear blue digital and was positive 2-3 weeks I was waiting for a month for a midwife appointment.. so yesterday I started bleeding went today for a scan and they go to me no sac .. but can see a cyst or a sac outside the womb so therefore she did another test there and it was negative .. she said if it was positive it would have been ectopic pregnancy but because it was negative she said it's miscarriage. Has anyone else been through this as am so confused ?? As some saying maybe I wasn't pregnant at all and it gave me positive results

I’d say your definitely pregnant especially with the lines getting darker. My sister always gets uti’s while pregnant and that’s how she knows she is when she does get them.

Yes you're pregnant without a doubt girly! Also remember that pregnancy is prone to cause UTI's so if you have one, it's important to treat as soon as possible.

Definitely positives from hcg levels. I got a UTI each time I was pregnant and never got a positive until after it was cleared up. The hospital actually told me I wasn’t pregnant when I went in for a horrid UTI that I just couldn’t handle in the middle of the night. A week later I had a positive.

A uti can be the first sign of pregnancy and most women find out about pregnancy when going to get treated for a uti. Congratulations!

The test I took at the beginning of this week and then the picture I posted is now the most recent. Just curious if anyone has ever had a uti and got a false positive or has a uti and was pregnant at the same time? I know I have a uti because my doctor told me so which I am doing home remedies for but I am just trying to understand better before I go to the doctors again.

I would say your pregnant as well. They can give false positives but it's very rare and I don't think that over time line would get darker with a UTI.
