My husband was diagnosed with Teratozoospermia today. He has to make an appointment with the urologist. Can anyone with experience with this tell me what to expect or what they might do next? We never expected anything to be wrong with him. We always just assumed it was me.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
So my ob told me I'll be having Nst testing every week now... What shouldi expect??
Tomorrow we go in at 6am to be induced. What should I expect? They just check me in & get things going?
Opinions!! We are putting the house on the market soon and my realtor thinks we need to upgrade to granite. Only problem is, for a kitchen this size, the cheapest quote I got was $3,800. Everyone is telling me not to do it, they don't think there is a good enough ROI. What do you think?
Talk to me about ASD testing/evaluation... What should I expect?

I’ve never heard of this so I looked it up. Looks like with mild and under 35 they can suggest artificial insemination. Moderate and under 35, IVF. Severe cases call for something else but I didn’t understand it. Did they tell you which tier he falls under?

@cams, unfortunately no! I’m going to call them later this evening and see if they can tell me. If it’s moderate or severe we may have to look into donor because there is no way we would be able to afford that with our insurance covering little to nothing right now. Thanks for the help!

I’m sorry you’re going through this. You’re not alone. My DH doesn’t have that so much but his issue is antibodies that affect his motility. It dropped his count down to less than a million moving sperm. Sperm issues come in a few varieties. Low count in general, low motility - they don’t move much or move in circles and morphology - so it’s their shape that makes them hard to penetrate the egg. IVF would still be an option if you elect to do ICSI. Good luck and I hope it will all work out!
