I just noticed I have this weird rash on my hands, it’s kinda hard to see from the picture but it’s a bunch of little red dots (not raised) is it something to be worried about? It’s not itchy or anything.

I'm just saying I wasn't severely itching and still had it so definitely have them test and it didn't appear until third trimester just like yours. Ok sorry for blowing up your post lol
It didn't itch at first but then started to more and more further a long I got and then after I had my second I was super itchy so they tested me and it was positive
Tell your doctor and they will run tests .....I can't remember the name but I had it and I didn't tell my doctor and I didn't find out until after my second! It can be dangerous...shoot I can't remember the name of it though. It starts with a C . Just be sure to let them know

@babybump21 nah, i even had it on my chin..I had germ specialist check it out. It'll go away after u have ur baby.
I had that type of rash all over my hands...wish i took a pic when i was preggo...it show 1rst trimester
@ecahanes, it’s ok!! Thank you for all the information. My hands aren’t itchy at all but I see my doctor Monday and I’ll definitely bring it up. I noticed I had the same rash a few weeks ago on my face but it went away. I brought that up to my doctor and she said it was just hormones. I was on antibiotics bc I had a UTI last week and thought I was just getting a reactions from the medicine, but I’ve been off that for a week now and it hasn’t went away! My mom even noticed. My boyfriend said my hands look a lot more swollen too.
