Headed to the doctor.. think my blood pressure is high ☹ I’ve had a headache for like 3 days...

That was me too a couple of days ago. I would wake up dizzy and headache and I went to the drs and said I have hypertension also known as high blood pressure. Took Motrin and ever since I’ve been checking my hbp, so far it’s been ok😃
