Never in my life did I ever think that my dad could make me fear for my life. After 2 years 100% sober he relapsed Saturday and tried to assualt me. Monday evening he was completely drunk and managed to assault me, my husband, and my mom. He also busted out several windows on my truck and rear ended my sister's car. My dad has old gang ties and a history of violent crimes. Yet even though he went to jail Monday night he was released in bail. All this after making threats against my life. I got the call he was released and my anxiety has completely skyrocketed. My husband and i have made arrangements to find somewhere else to stay for the next few weeks. Even with the protection order I'm afraid my mine and my daughters sake.

@2016stacys, I understand. Maybe a taser or pepper spray perhaps?
@theinkedmommy. We have thought about it but we don't feel confident in owning a gun because my FIL passed away by playing with a gun. It's a personal choice even though we know the dangers and how to handle a weapon.

Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
IUI Monday!!
So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...

@2016stacys, That’s great! I carry my pistol when I’m alone and shopping with my daughter, otherwise it stays on top our fridge at home. But a taser or pepper spray are other good options that are effective.
