Thanks everyone, I got checked over and the doctor found I had ectropian cervix which was the cause of the bleed. Apparently this can happen during pregnancy and isn’t anything to worry about so that’s a relief! The midwife said unless the bleeding was heavy and I had cramps not to worry. Luckily it has stopped now x

Yes I had this with this pregnancy. They gave me a early pregnancy scan everything was fine but couldn’t see were the blood was coming from x

I suffer with on and off bleeding, but I would ring you midwife as it will put your mind at rest and you might get an earlier scan just to double check everything is okay cx

I suffered with quite a lot of bleeding during my first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Some it can be completely normal, I’d woken up one morning and I’d completely gushed down the toilet.. I did ring EPU but cause it were only happening when I were wiping and at the toilet they seemed fine. But I would go and get checked out regardless just to put your own mind at ease Xx

I’ve had some light bleeding in this pregnancy. I also had light bleeding up until around 12 weeks in my last pregnancy too. I never had any pain. As long as it’s not heavy and filling a pad. You should ask to go in and be checked xx
