Why am I scared I am not eating enough? Since I’ve had to watch my salt intake I feel like I’m not eating enough and my baby is getting all the nutrients he needs

Load up on veggies! Cook fresh spinach in with your eggs eat a big salad with your lunch, and a big side of a surprise veggie at dinner: artichoke, corn, carrots. Baby will definitely be getting enough. I felt like that with my last when I had gestational diabetes- I didn’t gain anything my last trimester, but was healthy and my bump grew tons!

@briatta it wasnt bothering me either until they said I had protein in my urine so I switched my diet around and now I dont have protein in my urine !
@2princesses1queen_, same here but it’s weird because this hasn’t bothered me my whole pregnancy until now and I have two weeks left 🙄😣
@briatta I decided I'll eat things w low sodium and then drink like 3 bottles of water or half some of my intake !
@2princesses1queen_, yes and everything has a lot of it!!! And I feel like I’m depriving him but I do not want them to take him too early because my crazy body can’t take the stress

I am into my 15 week now
But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
What should i do i am very confused
Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec

his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
