Warm bath, heating pad, pillow between your knees, pillow behind your back, ...
I have sciatic pain and sometimes I roll on a tennis ball against the wall. Helps some. Hope you find relief.

Drink water. That's where kidneys are. I get that pain sometimes too drink lots of water and it goes away.
