I’m tired of this man keep putting his hands on me!!! I don’t know what to do besides leave!!!

If you stay please don’t hesitate to knock his ass out with something like a pan or take his life before he takes yours. Women are saying to leave but a lot of times restraining orders don’t work and they stalk and the violence escalates especially when children are involved. Arm yourself even if it’s with mace razor tazor. Etc. I’d suggest leaving but protecting and defending yourself first. So many women end up injured or dead because of these fools. Sending you love strength and protection!

A man should NEVER put his hands on a woman and abuse her physically, sexually, verbally and emotionally NEVER! File a restraining order, call the police and make sure you document everything from writing it down to taking pictures or even video of the abuse. Abuse is NOT love it’s about him trying to control you and you DESERVE so much better! I’m sorry he’s putting you through hell! What a coward!!!🤬

Exactly what they said. I went through this years ago with my ex husband. Leaving him was the best decision I’ve ever made!

Leave and don’t look back. If he’s left marks on you, take pictures, call the police, press charges. If it’s something he’s done repeatedly, which according to your post it is, he may never stop. It will probably just get worse. He could really hurt you or it could possibly be your kids next. You are too beautiful, you deserve better & will definitely find better.

Call the police , file a report , get a restraining order

That's the only thing you need to do mama. Leave for the safety of you and your children. Please don't stay.

Please leave.. it will continue. I left my ex husband because he was abusive, (mostly mentally and emotionally, sometimes physically as well) and let me tell you, it will keep happening. Get away to safety first, there's no telling when and if the next time will be worse. Please be careful and seek safety right away!
