Need advice;
Every since I had my 7 month old I’ve had this belly fat . . . I was all tummy with boys and with my first I was able to loose it no problem, but I’m struggling with loosing it this time around!
What are some ways that can help me, my confidence is slowly going out the window 😩💔
Healthy diet and exercise. No magic pill unfortunately. Do you eat clean? I would also look at certain ab work outs. Even strength training where you need your core or pilates.
I also have this problem the third time around by the way. It's only six weeks after birth but I'm worried about how long it will take me.
