Anyone else feeling cramping and pressure at 19 weeks? Ill be 19 weeks on Wednesday but TMI yesterday me and my SO had sex for the first time since i became pregnant. I been feeling pressure and cramping in my lower abdomen. Have any of you ladies felt anything similar? I'm just freaking out.

@eaco1993, oh yeah thankfully she was fine I’m just wanting to highlight the importance of drinking a lot of water while you’re pregnant lol. And enjoy your soda 😘
@phoebesmommy i know i just craved them today. I was doing good in not drinking them. But gave in today. Ill make sure i drink plenty of water. Currently drinking water so lets hope it helps.. yeah i want to stay healthy and not have any issues. I hope everything worked out for u and your baby!
@eaco1993, no sodas lol. Or just a few but you need to push Water. I was not hydrated enough in my pregnancy and had low amniotic fluid near the end which is very dangerous for baby. I had to go for non stress tests
@phoebesmommy thank u! Will definitely do that. I drank soda today and juice not water so maybe i am dehydrated as well! I even forgot my prenatal today. Idk what i was thinking .
Make sure you drink a lot of water. If the pain doesn’t go away after rest and lots of water, call your OB
I remember BH contractions are not low abdomen but I can’t be sure.. I always got Bh after sex- orgasms
Braxton Hicks. Happens a lot after pregnancy. Also your baby could be in a ball. My son went into ball position last night during and it was so uncomfortable lol
@phoebesmommy Cramping feeling a little better so i will continue drinking water and a Tylenol. Can't give in to soda anymore.
