Anyone else feel if you lay on your back for too long your heart starts to race fast?

@k.mommy on your back at an icline can be ok but flat on your back is an issue
It's crazy because I'm the complete opposite laying on my left or right side my heart races , but laying propped up I'm completely fine.
Yes that's because your uterus is too heavy and is putting pressure on your major artery and vein running behind your uterus. Causes circulation problems and should be avoided. Can cause shortness of breath and high heart rate because your body is fighting to pump that blood.
@aysiajohnson597, I used a pregnancy pillow and propped my self up on the couch. ☺️

Yeah, you really shouldn’t lay on your back at this point in pregnancy. It can cut blood flow and oxygen to the baby.
