Does anyone know of any mom friendly jobs hiring in San Antonio / Austin ? Many jobs don’t understand how hard it is for at times to have a babysitter. I understand if someone is missing constantly but it’s just so hard to keep a job after missing a few days in a month because things fall through with a babysitter. 😪

The Y is short for YMCA and no experience or classes were needed for the one I was at! It was a gym daycare :) it was a pretty easy job. My coworkers were drama and I was over it so I quit. But other then that it was super easy! Free childcare and ours closed at 12 and opened back up at 4pm do I was able to run errands, feed, and nap my kiddos before I went back to work the evening shift

I worked childcare at the Y for a few months and I was able to bring my kids with me for free! Maybe check and see if you have a y in your area?
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
