Does anyone know what this could be? My son came to me saying “ow, ow” and I noticed these little bumps on one of his hands.

Doc said it wasn’t hand foot or mouth and it was too early to tell if it would become that.. and it could be a reaction to something, or minor virus.. keep it moisturized..
