Feet up doing some crochet today

Really hurt my stomach two days ago picking up my 4 year old and twisted wrong

I was in agony

now it stings on my right side right where my c section scars are but deep inside

whenever I move and forget to support my belly 😥 ouch

Anyone else had problems with their scar

I’m only almost 11 weeks and it feels so delicate xxxx
