Loose stool, period like cramping (no blood) and pretty strong contractions.. anyone know any causes? I’m well hydrated so it’s not dehydration

@roth1321, 😭 I’m scared to call l&d and see if they want me to go in because I was just in there like 2-3 days ago for contractions and feeling like my heart was racing.. I don’t want them to be mad at me 😭
