So upset for my best friend of 20 years.. she had a miscarriage last night..we were 6 weeks apart in out pregnancies... this is my second pregnancy...and I feel at a total loss for her because mine was unplanned and a lot are not happy about it and she has been trying for 5 years and just when she was about to stop she got pregnant and now this.. I can’t stop crying for her and feeling guilty sad and mad ..this girl deserves the world she is such an amazing person and has been there for me through everything... 😞

Make sure to be there for her. Dont be upset if she isolates or wishes not to participate in activities like a baby shower. Is hard when someone you're close with continues the journey of motherhood after you suffer a loss. The best thing you can do is to continue checking on her and be a listening ear if she wants to cry or vent. Let her be angry when she feels like it.
