I don’t know the standard of care for placental separation, but more than likely your first appointment will be to confirm the problem and figure out what to do from there
It’s basically just a high risk pregnancy Dr. I go because I am having twins. Every two weeks I have a vaginal ultrasound to check the length of my cervix, and every 4 weeks I have an abdominal ultrasound to check the growth of the babies. She will be in the room with my OB when I deliver the babies.
