@princessrose ya. Definitely not a diet. More like a pregnancy guide to not gaining excess weight lol I'm already overweight so don't wanna be stuck having to lose alot after
So you don’t want to be on a diet while pregnant unless directed by your doctor. But you do want to eat healthy and light exercise for the health of the baby. But eat when you’re hungry and, unless otherwise directed by your doctor, I wouldn’t worry about weight much. I had gained 50 pounds and lost 30 by 6 weeks pp. I was pumping but I quit around 3 or 4 months and hadn’t gained my weight back. I haven’t weighed myself but I look like I’m back to pre pregnancy size but obviously my belly stretched and I have some loose skin.
Weight is a hard thing not to be concerned about. for a lot of people checking their weight is part of a normal routine. But remember the weight you gain while pregnant can be the baby, placenta, fluids, and cushion for the baby to have a nice comfortable home. I was concerned about my weight gain and my doctor literally told me to stop getting on a scale at home and that she would tell me if my weight gain was too much.
Try not to stress momma. It’s 9 months of (almost) guilt free eating. I loved that part of my pregnancy.
@bulmabreigh3 yes. I don't want to gain alot of weight and it be very very hard to lose after. I was wondering if there was a certain health plan people followed or just walked everyday and ate all natural goods was it with lots of water?
