I have been a centimeter dilated for 3 weeks, she still hasn't dropped (that's noticable anyway). I have the most discouraging feeling this is ending in another csection.

Oh don’t girl, my daughter dropped 3 days before I went into labor, I was also dilated at a 1 for 3 weeks. They can manually move her to.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I couldn't even tell my son dropped. My OB actually told me he did but no one could tell externally.
