I haven’t ever changed my diet but interesting that some moms do say that certain foods don’t agree w baby... never had that issue before but now I know I’ll keep an eye out for that!
I changed my diet when she was first born I didn’t eat greasy foods, caffeine, broccoli, citrus or spicy foods then after a few months I gradually ate what I wanted
@takiahilk not at all unless you eat certain things in excess that can upset babies tummy. Like I wouldn't drink a huge sized shake made with dairy because most likely it will upset his tummy, but generally you can eat and drink whatever. So far nothing I have had has upset my baby other then when I consume lots of dairy in one day, I do notice he will get a bit fussy then but in moderation hes fine.
I didn't change my whole diet. I did have to not eat a lot of cheese though, it didn't agree with my son's stomach. After around 4 months he did fine with it though and I didn't have to watch what I ate.
In general. No. However some of my kids had sensitivities to certain things and so I had to stop eating them. But generally. You can eat whatever you’d like.
