@lozjessop_ when you go to your midwife you'll be asked if you want one and she'll give you a little leaflet that tells you what's in it. There's a little form in the leaflet that you fill out and send away x

My mums is currently sat colouring it in as she's got a broken ankle and is bored out of her mind bless her :') xx

all comes in handy I loved mine 😀 when Kai is older I'm going to get him to colour the box in and keep for his toys xx
