So I found out at my morphology scan that I have Placenta Previa. I never had it with my other 2 children so this scares me. I’ve read stories online and they all scare me. Anyone got good stories they can tell me?? I’m 21wks and don’t get another scan until 28wks to see if my placenta has moved up. Until then I’ve been put on restrictions and can’t do much at all. Freaking out Mamma here 😢
@amk212, thank you. I am praying it does. Never had this before and didn’t know just how scary it is to have it. Well how dangerous it can be. But glad it was spotted and now being monitored. But only ever read the scary stories. Thanks Mamma x
Most do move up so fingers crossed for you mumma.
It sounds like you're dr is on top of it.
@amk212, I’ve been told it can move so I am hoping it does by the next scan. And am on restrictions but not bed rest as I haven’t bled. But to stop that from happening I am on walks only (which end up hurting down below anyways so I don’t do it for long) and no lifting or squatting and to rest more than be active.
I had placenta Previa with my last and was on pelvic rest and had to stay close to the hospital, I did have bleeding thought.
I was meant to get steroid injections just in case but the dr forgot. Mine moved around 33 weeks from memory, I went full term (38 weeks) had a C-sec but due to other reasons.
Are you on pelvic rest? And low exercise only? (Small walks only) and no lifting?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
I had it with my second pregnancy and it moved. Fingers crossed yours does too!
