So Maddox is like 6 and a half months and I know the risk of sids is significantly lower. But I still feel the need to check on him and even touch him to make sure he’s warm and not cold and dead. Anyone else still have his panic? It’s awful. I know logically that he’s fine but I just get anxiety.

Making sure my kiddos were in safe sleep environments eased my anxiety. In our room until a year, nothing in the bassinet except a fitted sheet, a pacifier and a fan on in the room.

@bcsweetie, yea he’s beside me still. Has been since day 1. I just find that when I go to bed and he’s already been asleep for a while I have to check on him and if he’s in a deep sleep I always feel the need to touch him and make sure he’s not cold
