@thalia369 Yes! I'm just trying my best that's all I can do to help her learn. Things will get easier, we just have to keep doing what's best for our kids.

@thalia369, Yes, my daughter is like that. Always get frustrated when we ask her to do something and when we were trying to teach her something. She a lot better now.
@the_mama_bear, oh yes, for some reason it’s always difficult with your own child but it’s good that you have that background knowledge to how to work with her! My son is the same way, he still sometimes cries if we don’t understand what he says which leads to him getting angry :/ it makes me sad cus I wish I could help him more than what I already do but I know that we’re trying our hardest and sooner or later with our help things will get better ❤️
@thalia369 thanks girly. I have alot of experience working with kids with autism doing ABA, neurodevelopment and relationship development. It's definitely alot harder working with my own kid though. The hardest part for me is she cries when she doesn't know how to communicate a certain thing and it can last a while sometimes.
@sunflowerfields, that’s good, I hope you guys get the answers you need! I know it can be a little difficult and overwhelming going through these things. What made you want to get her evaluated if you don’t mind me asking? And no he’s currently in the process of getting ABA as well :)
@the_mama_bear, I’m sorry you had a concussion hon. So no worries! And that’s good that she’s starting to imitate words! My son didn’t want to imitate anything till he was almost four. Which was a cause for concern and idk why his pediatricians at first sad nothing wrong with it 🙄 they always said “well if you’re bilingual this is really common”. And I know the fear of your child losing their words 😔 but remain positive and keep helping your little one! ❤️ even if it feels sometimes like you’re my getting anywhere, it’s all worth it in the long run!
@sunflowerfields that's good! I'm just hoping mine retains the words she's starting to imitate. She's had an issue with losing words she knows how to say. She can't pronunciate clearly but she's trying!

@the_mama_bear, That’s so good, my daughters vocabulary is getting so good she just needs to enunciate better.

@thalia369, Thank you, my daughter is doing another evaluation soon to determine her place on the spectrum or if she’s even autistic. She just has speech problems. He’s in ABA too ?
My 2 year old is in speech as well, sorry if I already mentioned it I'm having really bad short term memory loss from my concussion. She has mixed expressive and receptive language disorder. She's finally starting to imitate more words.
