If it is severe enough that you aren’t able to keep fluids down you need to speak to your doctor. You can’t get dehydrated. There are medicines you can take when morning sickness gets this bad. Call your doctor!

Hey I’m here dying with u I got prescribed dyclegis but it’s making me feel like I need to poop but nothing comes out. If you can't kept liquids down then you may want to head to the ER for dehydration. Both of my pregnancies I ended up dehydrated. Had to get bags of fluid, they gave me Zofran in my IV, and then a couple days prescription of Zofran till I saw my doc. I can tell if I am dehydrated when I spit. Nasty, I know. But if its stringy or hard to spit then I know I need fluids.
