So breastfeeding hasn't been going as well as I hoped this time around. For some reason both my babies don't want to latch 😔 I've tried the nipple shield and pumping for a little bit then trying. I've also tried different holds and baby boy just refuses to latch, yet he will take bottles and pacifiers no problem. So I've been pumping and supplementing formula. Not what I wanted but baby is getting fed and still getting breast milk. My husband has been a HUGE help but he is going back to work today and I'm honestly wondering how I'm going to do this without him. I feel a little overwhelmed right now but I know I will figure it out. We had newborn pictures done and the photographer sent me a couple already. I'm in love with this one and plan to get it as a canvas. 😍😍😍
It will be ok mama. I know it's hard having a 2 year old and newborn but soon things will start getting easier. Just do what makes you feel less overwhelmed! Happy mom means happy kids
I'm in labor
Guys, I've been in labor I guess since 9pm Sunday. .that I know.
I've been thinking about doing little things to get myself to go ahead and go into labor, but I'm not sure... I'm kinda nervous.

Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
Has anyone been able to successfully pump and feed instead of actually latching their baby on? the nurses have mentioned it as a backup plan since I'm having so many issues with getting him to latch and then staying latched without destroying my nipples and I was wondering if it was possible to do that successfully in place of latching....
First off, this picture is beautiful!
Please reach out to a lactation consultant. She might have more insight and tips to help your son latch on. But, worse case scenario, if he doesn’t he is till getting that breast milk. So keep pumping! Good luck in handling your two angels while you’re dh is away!
