@chelleyb93, I normally make my cheesecakes sweet to my tastebuds then I add the eggs after I beat them together first because if now it’s really hard to mix the eggs into the cream cheese

@chelleyb93, I kinda just eyeballed the regular cheesecake recipe since I always make cheesecake then I added about 3 tablespoons of Nutella and put that in a hot water bath in the oven for a hour then I turned to oven off and left it to settle in the water bath for another hour then took it out to cool to room temp then I left it in the fridge overnight to get really cold

@mitiacarolina3 do you have a recipe or did you just add nutella to a regular cheesecake recipe
