Is melatonin safe to take during pregnancy?

But all he did say was there was no studies on the effects of extra melatonin on a fetus so I wasn’t told it would do something bad just here’s not studies

I was told not to take it

It should be. I would ask a doctor but it is an all natural vitamin. Melatonin is just what triggers sleep but I would watch the dosage.
