@the.real.og, here the instructions on what to do to get it hope this helps the certificate will be emailed to you then just screen shot it and when u at hospital u show them and they will give the box and u may end up getting one by mailing which it’s free

I got mine a couple months ago and never opened it . So I’m not sure if all that was really included

@sheavonajones, they had all the stuff with included at the clinic with box it’s pretty big

The hospital I delivered at has you sign up when you come in to deliver.

I got one but was told I have to travel all the way to Jersey to get it they won't ship it to NYC

@madalynnelenamom2016 yeah. Its the same program. They only ship to certain places. I would have to travel like 2 hours away to get mine 😕

@ellyium, omg wow I didn’t know the lady at clinic said that they just started doing it but maybe by the end of this year they do in all hospitals
