Pray for me ladies 🙏🏼 I'm calling my lawyer in the morning. My ex is up to his old tricks and I'm still doing 95% of the communication, work for my son, and doesn't listen to a thing I say about increasing his visit time. He wants to increase it by two and half hours, that's a big change for an autistic who is use to a set schedule but he won't listen to me and threatening to take me back to court. It hasn't even been a year yet since the judge put the order in place, which my lawyer and I came up with even though he's the one that filed for custody in the first place.

Are you attempting to work with increased visitation or just shutting the idea down completely? The court will look at that when he goes back and requests more time.

@iwannaplay, he wants to increase his time from 12:30 in the afternoon till 3 in the afternoon. I told him let's take it an hour at a time because that's w big jump for him but I made an exception two weeks ago because they were going to his girlfriends parents house but they didn't.
