@iwannaplay, he wants to increase his time from 12:30 in the afternoon till 3 in the afternoon. I told him let's take it an hour at a time because that's w big jump for him but I made an exception two weeks ago because they were going to his girlfriends parents house but they didn't. So afterward Gabe for a past two weeks he was waking back up at 12:30 creaming and crying and wanting in my bed, I did have him sleeping till 4-5am by himself. School told me this morning that he's been aggressive all last week and this week.

Are you attempting to work with increased visitation or just shutting the idea down completely? The court will look at that when he goes back and requests more time.
