Contractions r still back to back really bad. Dr. Said everything's ok. An I'm not dialating been going for 4 days any suggestions

I had this happen when I was pregnant with my son and turned out I had a yeast infection which was causing it

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

Woken up to the worse back pains ever I had to get on all fours for it do it but it keeps coming back😩😣and it hurts to walk😩
