@jewlmama, 😢 I could hear her breath the way you do after you’ve had a deep cry for hours after she got the shot

This was my 6 month old yesterday. & he is ALWAYS happy but he was so sore & screamed for almost an hour straight last night. 😢

@ladyblauvelt.skysmomma, mine happened to land like that. She barely ate because she was upset but it did help stop her crying

What I did with my son that helped a lot was plan the appointment around a feeding. When he would get his shots I would give him his blankey and bottle right away and he would calm right down because he wanted to eat.

@mommiesaremagical14, I hope mine does the same. All I wanted to do was offer her treats but she’s too young for that

@lovefaithkindness, @boymomx3, I definitely will. I probably would have been more prepared if I hadn’t spaced on the fact that she’ll be getting them at her appointment

It was hard for me too when my d's was a baby. Since she was 2 she's been able to just sit there and let the Dr. do her thing without crying.

Tylenol her an hour before it helps trust me she's going to get cranky and probably sleepy for the next few days
