Did anyone go vbac and have their membranes stripped? I know there's not allowed to be any medical induction but is stripping of the membranes typically allowed?

@blessedwithgirls when did you have yours? And did your ob/midwife try to talk you out of it at all? I just don't want to bring it up and them automatically shut me down. Lol

I had a vbac three months ago and she was going to strip my membranes around 39 weeks but my water broke at exactly 38 weeks.

@blessedwithgirls do you have to be a certain stage dilated? At 37 weeks I was only 1cm. So I doubt there would be too much change.
