My midwife said during my last pregnancy to go in once my contractions were 4-5 min apart, lasted for at least 1-2 hours and were roughly a minute in duration. Good luck if you are in labour!

I’d call and let them know what’s going on. Get their opinion.

My doc said to come in if the contractions are less than 5 mins apart, which it seems like you are getting to. Definitely would call the Labor & Delivery department of your hospital

But then again if yur in alot of pain call! It doesnt hurt anythng to talk to a doctor

I woupd wait till they are a little more consistent. I only say this because i had contractions like this that stopped after a hour or so. 😩
