TMI - i feel very mild menstrual cramps and now i have diarrhea. Weirdly though my stomach doesnt hurt. My back feels a little tense but nothing unbearable. Could it be a sign? Currently 37w3d.

37 weeks isn't full term, but yes it could be a sign

37 weeks is considered early term now but, it could still definitely be a sign. My daughter was born at 37 weeks and it started out exactly the way you’re describing.
