@pinnkmom, i haven’t eaten them enough to the point where i have seen a significant difference, but what i will tell you is the days i do eat them, feedings are shorter(meaning he got more out in a smaller time) & i can pump 1-2 more ounces

I saw these at Walmart ! Have you noticed a difference in your production ?

@ivegot10, you’ll love them!! & the best part is i have actually seen an increase in not only supply, but i feel like it comes out smoother too.. if that makes sense? like when i’m pumping, it starts out quicker!
