My son has moderate autism. So he's walks on his toes. I've been noticing my daughter is walking on her toes too just wondering if that could lead to that or she's just coping her brother. He's suppose to wear his braces but lately its been off so he walks on his toes. She just started doing this. Just paranoid.

I don't have much experience with autism but I would maybe email your daughters doctor and mention it. Both my boys walk on their toes every now and again. Some days more then others. I've seen most of our nieces and nephews go through a walking on their toes stage. I think it's just apart of them figuring everything out but I can definitely see why you would be concerned. How old was your son when he was diagnosed?

I would talk to her dr but she very well could be picking it up from him. My neighbor walks on her toes and needs braces, I caught my daughter doing the same.
