Has anyone gone straight to IVF? I was shocked to hear from my nurse today that due to my history (endo, possible PCOS, and just had a uterus septum resection last cycle) my insurance is denying IUI and suggesting we go right to IVF. Thankfully we have insurance that covers all infertility treatment but I have never heard of insurance doing something like that. I thought it was usually the other way around with them suggesting the cheapest options first. We have only been TTC for a year!
