@lorany when I'm watching TV I bounce on my ball because if I just sit or lay down the pain comes back but I hope it helps you!
@amaliatamalia, oh really? Maybe I should try that. Seems like the only thing that helps is counter pressure from bouncing on my ball 😰
Every freaking morning in wake up to a lot of pain. But the more I move the less it hurts
