What r other ways to help my sons nose not be so congested? I’ve done the saline drops used the nose sucker have a humidifier but I feel like it’s still not helping that much. He’s been sick for a Lil over a week now and his nose is just getting worse.
Keep his head elevated. Dont lay him down flat, when im laying down flat I feel suffocated from the stuffy nose 👃🏼 so maybe lay him on a boppy pillow
@kri2182999, yes turn it off, the fan causes my sons nose to be all stuffy too, but leave it on for alittle so it’s fresh then turn it off
@mr.aidensmommy, yeah. Should I turn the fan off in his room? He has his own room.
@mr.aidensmommy, dam ok. Thanks. It literally just took me 3 hours of trying to get him to sleep bc he was screaming and crying from not feeling good :(
It’s going to get worse before it gets better, my son got like that when he was 5 weeks old, keep doing using the saline nasal drops and the sucker but also prop his head up so he isn’t so congested
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
Before you have your first child, you have these grand ideas of what it will be like. There’s more slee...
Hi Preggies,

Some of you may be feeling alone, sad and anxious in an already challenging time. Some members would like to create a group where they can support each other and stay positive when it seems nearly impossible. Anyone interested in joining this group would comment here and then follow those women. Then you can look out for each other and send positive words of encoura...
