I’m 36 weeks and I have a pinching nerve in my lower back right side so bad I can barely walk. I made it to the bathroom and back but I had to try very hard and it was very painful and I couldn’t help but cry. I can barely roll from side to side. This is going to be a long night

That’s what I was thinking but I wasn’t sure because I thought that was too high. It’s better now that I’ve been resting, I was more active that yesterday and even pushed myself to clean with my husband(there are things he can’t clean right that I have to do myself lol like dishes) when I felt it bothering me but there wasn’t much to clean. But thank you I will try that!
Sciatic nerve? Try Childs pose and a heating pad. I had sciatic nerve pain for 5 months with my daughter, as well meralgia parasthetica with both kids. Nerve pain sucks. Hang in there, mama! 😃👍

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@learningmom18, if the pain shoots down your buttcheek, it's definitely your sciatic nerve.
