Is there anyone that cant sleep at night? I swear I get approximately 3-5 hours of sleep because i can't shut my brain off,because im constantly thinking of this baby or my stupid ass neigbors who dont know how to shut up at 2 in the am because they dont work (not judging sahm). Im talking they have 2 kids, and 3 older family members living there and NONE have any type of income. ANYWAYS, does anyone know what I can take or do before bed for me to stay asleep?
