@nmc95, also, make sure that any product you by contains water! Helps with moisturizing and drinking water too!

Depending on what products you use to style cowashing isn’t enough. I use Shea Moisture products along with heavy oils and butters in the products. I have to wash wash once a week depending on what style I do I can go two weeks without washing or more. Oh and a satin bonnet! If I forget that at night my hair dries up a little each time I forget lol

@nmc95, maybe twice with shampoo and conditioner. In between I’ll co wash or do a a rinse to get out the product. If I get my hair done it changes of course.

@nmc95, I don’t use shampoo a lot. Shampoo can dry your your hair a lot. You can use a cowash in between washes to keep the moisture.

@nmc95, she’s moisture has a good deep conditioning mask and so does eden works. You can find both at target.

@nmc95, any oil can work as long as it moisturizing your hair. I like jojoba oil because of the smell lol. Deep conditioning helps a lot also.

@nmc95, you could secure it with an oil first. I use jojoba oil and then apply the product.
