Eat and drink whatever you can. If you can only handle soda or sweet tea then drink it. If you can only handle sweets then eat them. Some things that helped me was ginger ale, cinnamon candy, sprite, Gatorade, smelling rubbing alcohol. Do whatever you can to get by!

Also ice water with half a lemon squeezed in it helps. If you cannot hold anything down you need to go to the er and get fluids.

Oh yes. Peppermint candy was another life saver. Also, do not hesitate to go to the hospital if you are dehydrated. I ended up dehydrated with both pregnancies because of horrible morning sickness.

Essential oils like levendar or lemon grass are safe. I used to put some on my clothes where I could smell it if there was a nasty smell somewhere. For me, eating something lite right when I wake up to not let myself get too hungry. Other times being honest, letting myself throw up whatever was bothering my stomach and start over. It is what it is! There is nothing glamorous about morning sickness lol.

Take warm showers that always helped me (sit down in the shower tho you don’t wanna get dizzy and hurt yourself) it always helped when I would lay down in the tub and put a wash cloth over my head and let the water run on my stomach

Also, try to eat as often as possible. Try to not let yourself get hungry because it makes your nausea worse. Try having crackers by your bed to eat right when you wake up to help keep the nausea away till you eat breakfast.
