I have a question for all the breastfeeding moms.. does your baby get red blotches on his/her face…

I have a question for all the breastfeeding moms.. does your baby get red blotches on his/her face while feeding? Achilles gets some around his eyes sometimes and then they go away. I was wondering if that’s normal? I don’t remember my daughter getting those. Is he possibly developing allergies?
