Birth control.
I need to go back on it. The past year+ has been ridiculous with these damn irregular periods. I mean they are ALL over the damn map. Almost got the copper IUD last week bit decided against itnlast min andnafter significant research. Not for me.
I was on Mononessa for nesrly 7 yrs before kids and it seemed to work....but im so afaid of any hormonal changes. Since having 2 kids, I have a much harder time maintaining weight (let alone trying to LOSE weight) so I am hesitant ion getting on the pill again and gaining weight/retaining water.
I refuse to do those "one period a year" pills.
Any of you have any decent BC experiences without going psycho and/or transforming into an orca 😂

Took my kiddo to the doctor and his doctor recommended I get him Melatonin
So I did
I started with 1mg and it did nothing
So I got him 3mg still nothing
Got him 5mg nothing
So today I bought him 10mg
I hope it works
This kid can go the whole night without sleeping and no naps throughout the day

Lmfao!!!! You are so right!! I felt and still feel the way you do. The only BC that ever worked for me was the Nexaplanon implant, but that causes you to have irregular periods. 😐
