@jessicagrissett1086 also use it at least 10mins before u have sex that's what I done so it's inside and after u and other half have sex make sure u lay down for aprox 20mins and don't get up

@jessicagrissett1086 the tubes ate these and it says fill up to 3g but it's way too much as it's very lubricated so I use only 2g

If u know when u ovulate use it from the begining of your fertile week so let's say u ovulate the 14th use it from 9th every other day and carry on having sex after your ovulation day especially get ovulation day in and the day after with sex

@leanne2016 I did in fact buy pre-seeds last month I haven't really got to use it so I'm planning on using it this month! You think it really works I'm praying it does me husband have been trying for a couple of months now!
